I spent many years terrified of being myself at work, feeling like my success wasn’t being taken seriously and investing countless hours into learning new things with no clear path for growth. This was until I realized my success was never going to truly expand until I accepted my “sensitivities”, I prefer the term “highly sensing”. I challenged myself to embrace and explore how my highly sensing and Intuitive gifts could empower success! When I accepted this, I embarked on a transformative journey. One that would allow me to express who I am, to fully integrate the “personal highly sensing part of me” with the “professionally appropriate” side of me.
I have over 20 years’ experience leading teams globally; and during this time, I have developed a roadmap to disrupt the negative, learned reactions to daily business challenges.
As an empath and intuitive, I feel and experience the world and the life around me in a big way. I sense big change when it’s coming and I feel the joy, pain, stress and loss of those who surround me on an emotional and physical level. This also means that I have experienced the evolution of my workspaces and the corporate world in a uniquely powerful way.
My people first, heart-centered approach challenges the traditional constructs of career success by guiding Intuitive and Highly Sensing professionals to dig deep and realize goal achievement is embedded in their internal wisdom.
